PuroBIO Cosmetics is very committed to sourcing good quality ingredients for their products. This is shown through certifications NaTRUE and the CCPB.

This NaTRUE certification recognises that PuroBIO Cosmetics’s ingredients are derived from natural origins and do not contain any GMOs. The CCPB also certifies PuroBIO Cosmetics’s organic and eco-friendly products.

They also state on their website that do nickel testing and analysis of their products.

Although PuroBIO Cosmetics reassures their customers that their products are safe for people who suffer from wheat allergies, some of their products do contain wheat proteins.

These products include the dry skin primer, eye primer, some of the fluid correctors, the Sublime fluid foundation and all available mascaras.

PuroBIO Cosmetics doesn’t use any synthetic fragrances, but they do use essential oils as a fragrance for some of their products. These products are easily identifiable on their website.

Brand values

PuroBIO Cosmetics are vegan and cruelty-free.

They are certified with PeTA Cruelty-Free which reassures customers that none of their products is tested on animals.

PuroBIO Cosmetics also connected with the Vegan OK Team. Based in Italy, Vegan OK independently verify any advertised vegan products on the PuroBIO Cosmetics website. This is to assess and ultimately approve genuine vegan products.

Their current foundation (14) and concealer (7) ranges are limited and do not contain shades suitable for darker skin tones. There’s also no clear evidence on their website to support that they use disability-friendly packaging.
